Terms of Service & Refund Policy

RateClear is an automated freight rate intelligence and quote extraction utility designed to assist logistics teams and businesses in standardizing and analyzing carrier pricing data. By accessing or using the RateClear platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our order and payment processing is conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

• Paddle handles all transaction processing, invoicing, billing inquiries, applicable tax collection (VAT/GST/Sales Tax), and chargebacks.
• When you purchase a subscription or credits on RateClear, your transaction is subject to Paddle’s Checkout Terms and Conditions.

We want you to be completely satisfied with RateClear.

• 14-Day Window: You are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.
• How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, contact our support team or request a refund directly through your Paddle receipt/order link within 14 days of purchase.
• Processing: Once initiated, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method via Paddle within 5–10 business days.
• After 14 Days: Purchases beyond the 14-day window are non-refundable, but you may cancel your recurring subscription at any time to avoid future billing cycles.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your active subscription at any time directly through your billing portal or Paddle account link.

• RateClear processes carrier emails, PDF confirmations, and freight data submitted by you.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any carrier documents or proprietary data you upload do not violate third-party confidentiality agreements.
• Automated extraction relies on AI processing; while accuracy is prioritized, RateClear does not guarantee carrier contract compliance or final invoice accuracy from third-party carriers.

RateClear provides analysis and data normalization tools "as is." RateClear and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or freight carrier disputes arising from quote discrepancies or operational decisions made based on extracted rate summaries.
